These items are second hand and we are not aware of their previous "life", we can only answer about the item for the time it has been in our possession and only about cosmetic issues. * Watches: As Found condition. "Has not been tested for Accuracy, Duration or Position"- means exactly what it states-Watches are not tested or tampered with- you are buying piece "AS-IS". Wind & Runs means that we have wound the crown and that the gear starts moving- it runs for a few second after winding. We do not know how long watch will run after winding, it may not keep time accurately, and it may not work in all positions. If we state we could not open back case for view of the movement, than we have no information on movement and watch is being sold AS-IS. If we state that the watch is not working- it means that it is not working- whether or not it needs parts and repairs is unknown and you are bidding with this as a known factor.

*Cameras: Untested, As Found , Sold as FOR PARTS / Not Working and As IS. Working condition unknown - We only state cosmetic issues that we can see on outer case. If there are any issues inside, we do not check for/are not aware of any structural/mechanical/fungal issues that are not visible on outer case- you are purchasing the camera under that condition with no returns. All cameras are sold in as shown condition- we do not know if they will work and do not guarantee them to work once received- they are sold AS-IS.

*We do over 500 sales a month, it is too much to keep up with so we have an automated system that leaves feedback for our buyers once they have left feedback for us. The system only leaves feedback after the buyer has left feedback & usually takes up to 7 days to leave the feedback.

***eBay handles all payments and collects US State tax dues- if you have any questions regarding taxes you pay or your payment you would need contact eBay to discuss any issues.

*** We print shipping labels directly through eBay and will only ship to buyers address as shown in eBay Order Details. No exceptions.
